Interview, assessment, treatments and home care.

I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2006, when I successfully completed the 3000 hour (3 year) program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.

My work history includes:

Peter Island Resort Spa, Ladies World Gym, Back to Health Chiropractic Center, Ethel Street Therapeutic Massage Clinic, Advanced Therapeutic Massage Therapy Clinic, Home based Practice, and a Supervisor at Okanagan College of Massage Therapy

My hobbies include cooking, traveling, running, weight lifting, paddle boarding, biking and enjoying all the things the Okanagan has to offer. My personal life and professional career has lead me to gain knowledge with spa treatments, rehabilitative and prevention treatment, sports massage, acute pain, pain management, stress reduction, chronic pain and whole body integration.

I am passionate about educating my patients on rehabilitation and prevention. I believe people should be on a continuous journey to learn and better themselves.
